3. Tag Mittwoch/3rd day Wednesday

Today it was a very busy day. First we went to Cardiff and had a guided tour in the Millennium Stadium which was really interesting. We were very impressed by its size and the pupils were allowed to sit on the Queen's seat and take pictures with the trophy she usually gives to the winning team. Our next stop was at Cardiff Castle. Since it wasn't raining (again!) we decided to have a look inside, climb the tower and enjoy the fantastic view over Cardiff. Then everybody had the afternoon off to do some shopping and that's what we really did - shopped till we droppped! We can surely do a Welsh fashion show when we are back in Gruenstadt. At half past five the driver took us down to Cardiff Bay where we met the Welsh partners and had pizza, pasta and ice-cream all you can eat. And finally the highlight of the day: bowling. We were definitely quite successful.
